2004. 7. 1 - Move to Linux
End of feodal age in computer industry
Copying programs from friends is LEGAL.
You KNOW what programs do in your computer.
You have RIGHT to make any changes in the programs
and make your computer do what YOU want.
Almost all my programs are now ported to Linux.
The source codes however are still compilable by Microsoft/Borland tools and workable under Windows.
All Windows-only projects are now discontinued (IEEE 1394 video camera driver, etc.).
I'm not sure if I will start development of 1394 driver under Linux, since many already exist.
The use of Windows utilities is also deprecated.
The freely-available, open-source compilers are powerful enough to
completely replace their proprietary counterparts.
